There is no best of best,there is only script which suit your needs best.For example,this script : http://smartcj.com have a lot of features but it's also resource hungry which is why i am not using it.

PlugRush is also an alternative, if you would everything be be handled automatically. Perhaps not what you're looking for. But worth a mention.
