monstertemplate.com, is this how they get their staff?
 

Some sites allow users to sell their own products.
monstertemplate it seems just has a lot of outsourced people in other countries doing this for them? Just assuming as a lot of the demo templates are in non-english languages.

I never liked their stuff, plus it is priced way to high. You can get a way better looking template off Theme Forest or Mojo Themes at a much better price.

I'm pretty sure they are all contributors. Designers can create templates and then add them to various "brokers", such as this one. Buyers can purchase the templates, the designer gets a cut, the broker gets a cut. There are quite a few sites like this.

Yeah yeah yeah. figures. Just wanted to get other opinions.
