What is the best WP plugin for User Generated Content?

Does anyone have a custom solution?

I have used "User Submitted Posts" but it hasn't been updated for over a year.

I used it ... switched the A name to use my own domain. Didn't like it so I switched back to WP with a Tumblog Theme :1orglaugh
