As we discussed through email, you ordered a DVD that was not marked as available for INSTANT DOWNLOAD and I informed you the title would be encoded, as it is in the que for encoding, but we have about 1000+ titles earmarked for encoding.

I offered you an immediate replacement title that was available for IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD, but because you need specific talent, you said it would be OK to wait. Nonetheless, we'll get your refund done tomorrow. Have a great night.

ONE GOOD thing to come from this... we have removed all titles that are not listed as INSTANT DOWNLOAD!!!!!!! Now 100% of the content displayed on the site IS available for instant download.

Yes I realize this, and as we stated we had purchased one before that was not instant download and had it the next day. You also said we'd have it in a week. It's been more than a week. Either way , that's fine ... as long as the refund get s processed tommorow we're all good. We'll buy it once it comes up on instant download. thanks so much,
