Qwebec Expo 20212: Impressions, Experience and Opinions?
 

So I was wondering, of you here who attended - What did you think of Qwebec Expo this year?

Frankly, I was impressed - the attendance was top-notch and full of very impressive names; the show has obviously been building on its reputation for quality networking and exposure.

What say you?

For me it was EXTREMELY productive.

I had the chance to meet some very big decision makers and get deals done that cover my time and investment many many times + i had lot of fun and met new faces..

9/10 ( -1 only cause the friday night party was in loudy dance music club full of teenager humping each other like dogs in heat )

I think next year for the 10th anniversary it gonna be HUGE.

Have to agree with Nick, Michael and Pat hit it out of the park this year. Met some great peeps, made some great deals and looking forward to all the follow up I have to do.

The BoinkCash poker was a success although small and next year we will take it a few Notch higher :thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup

no complaints here - very well done!

Just so all of you know, I'll probably be posting/using some of your comments in a press release or two.

Let me know if you prefer I use your handles rather than your actual names - though I usually prefer handles/nicks (as you could probably tell from my business card this year) since that's what gives best exposure...

I got a lot done and much to follow up on this week.

The golf tournament was excellent. Thank you to http://www.achdebit.com/ (WTS) for their prize contribution. I won a nice Taylor Made 3 hybrid. Sure to take a few strokes off my game!

Fantastic and very productive show for me. I really enjoyed getting to know people on a personal level and these smaller shows are great for that. I've seen Ma Dalton post here for many years and it was fantastic to really get to know the real Schtefan, did I pronounce it right this time? :winkwink:

Great format for the speed networking, so much better than the standard one on one switching seats every minute.

Paxum held a great dinner and the maple syrup was a great touch!

There were a lot of out of town webmasters not just locals, having Michael Klein give the keynote was great.

Getting a booth or table at the meet market was affordable for anyone and everyone, Michel and Patty make it affordable and accessible for everyone, :thumbsup and thanks for all your hard work.

Way to go, please send all prizes won and side bet monies accrued to the New Jersey headquarters.

It was a really impressive, well represented show - better than the usual Qwebec Expos, which are already above the bar usually.

yes Great show this year, more people, interesting stuff, i was happy that Crak was involved and part of it since Micheal works here now..

That was the first time I've attended the QWEBEC Expo and I thought it was really fantastic. It was just the right size where I was able to grab some facetime with all the people I wanted to meet with...and the speed-networking was pretty awesome too.

Everything seemed really well coordinated and it appeared to me that everyone was quite happy with the show overall. I'll be going back for sure!

*tear* first one I missed in so many years :( a slew of bad luck with family has enslaved me this year but I will RISEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE for the 10 year anniversary and see you all! :D

We all had a great time but i would have liked to get to bed before 6am at least 1 night.

Lots of great deals made and the partys were all awesome.
Made tons of great contacts and even closed some big deals.

Jman, Poker was a good turn out and next year we will have more then 2 days to put it together so should be even better.

Looking forward to next year, we will be sure to sponsor as much as we did this year or more to show our support.

A big thumbs up to all of the organizers and attendees! Montreal is a lot of fun with the right people and there were plenty of "right people" around (you all know who you are!).
