Dynamic Images for promotion?
 

I've seen some people using dynamic images in their email marketing where they have a girl with a sign, and make it appear as if the users name is written on the sign in the image, and they can do this on a mass scale instantly.

Anyone know how its done, and how it can be used dynamically as an attachment with a responder program?
