Staying organized with Linking, Tons of Sponsor checks etc

I'm sure Roald is a great person to ask directly about this but I figured I'd ask the crew here. How do you all stay organized when it comes to linking deals, multiple sponsor checks and payments, multiple blogs/sites, directory submissions and more. It's alot to handle. Any pointers? :thumbsup:thumbsup

Links Organizer for link deals: http://lo.cheapestwebsoftware.com/
NiftyStats or StatsRemote for tracking stats
Quickbooks for generating invoices and then marking them paid when you actually get the money
Blogs Organizer if you post to a lot of blogs http://bo.cheapestwebsoftware.com/

At what level is it worth getting into te QBooks in your opinion. I mean if you're only doing 1-2k a month part time is it worth the effort I do so?

Is using the blogs organizer like a managewp software?

I wonder what Roald and MediumPimpin use for this stuff??.....probably people versus software. :) I aint got the money tho. lol

Roald has an accounting girl. ;-) Possibly more than one.

As an affiliate, get Stats Remote (or similar software) to help you track how much money you are making. After that, use a spreadsheet of some sort or software like QuickBooks (it's $50) to track who is paying you and who isn't.

I use spreadsheets for everything. I have dozens of them, maybe even hundreds. Start there.

Cool, thanks Sly, I will try that. I've been using Nifty just to run some stats but haven't really recorded them anywhere to see who is and isn't paying.

I do manage alot of the blogs with a system called trello and podio. But this is just what I've posted etc. Not a true management system built on the server. Third party legacy applications.
