Yes these links are mostly nofollow. However wiki links are authority links as per search engines.
This package is good if you want to diversify your backlinks profile and add some long term weight to it.

Hmmm, it was my understanding that nofollow links are only good for real traffic and no good for seo?

They are good for SEO.

Panda/Penguin safe?

If your site have some existing link profile, I would say that this package is absolutely safe.
However if you are still worried, just mail me after you place your order and I will mix you keywords with atleast 10 generic anchors like 'click here' 'website' 'visit website' etc etc to give you a great anchor text diversity and making the package 100% panda/penguin safe.

As for second part, i found GFY a bit funny place. People refrain themselves to post any follow up or review about service here.
