anyone know how to do a simple "Contact us" form in php?
 

I dont want to have to install a new software, I just want to do a simple contact us form with name, email and message. anyone know how to whip up a quickie one?

I remember I picked one up there a few years ago.

that script would get spammed so much btw. no captcha at all.

and is open to email injection (see http://www.damonkohler.com/2008/12/email-injection.html (just first on google) for func to stop this)

GREAT idea. I forgot I had a fiverr account and just found a guy who does it in a nice Ajax format.

I tried some of the links above and they work halfway, the email comes in blank.
Better to have a pro do it.
