The wife and I are going to be celebrating out 5th wedding anniversary soon. We are wanting to go someplace romantic/beautiful but don't want to really go somewhere that is going to be overly congested with tourists (or people who hate Americans lol). We are open to traveling anywhere in the world. We'd like to keep the trip less than 10 grand and stay for a week or two.

Lets hear some ideas if ya got em. Thanks.

Tijuana. Can have a blast there dude. Really cheap. Ensenada is pretty close too. It's where I go after I've saved my cash for about 6 months. That whole 100 bucks last like 4 days.

I would suggest the Philippines...but right now it's rainy season here...

here is kind of an off the wall suggestion; why not stay home and spend as much quality time as possible together. Explore your local sights together, look at each other instead of scenery, surprise her with breakfast in bed or try your hand at making unusual dinners. Have sex like its your 5th date. Be into each other and not where you are :)
