2012 sept 23rd thru sept 25th form submissions 2%

2011 sept 23rd thru sept 25th form submissions 40%

2010 sept 23rd thru sept 25th form submissions 24%


went from double digits form submits to basically nothing

Can you post traffic stats to your site? To your join page?

Do you have google analytics?

This may help find out whats going on.

Have you tried it without the pre checked upsell?

Without more info this thread is useless.

1. add analytics to your CCBill join pages and tours so you can track who is doing what from where
2. your join submissions are low this week because of these threads. webmasters click and look.

Sara, the server was down 16 hours between the 24th and 25th. I will give you ICQ and email of host if you want... bottom line... shit happens.

I will say this, ccbill seems to scrub really hard and I will not be using them much longer for main processor.

Sara seriously: Beaner is a good man and a good Webmaster who knows his shit. PLEASE let him handle "the business". You should have your hands full creating great content for your Members and surfers.

Now, if Beaner does not help increase your sales etc then make a change and find someone who will - but Beaner should be handling these issues, especially "in public". If your billing company is not performing how you would like, make a change. Etc etc etc.
