I've seen him off a telepromoter plenty of times. The only difference is you can see he's actually thinking about what he's saying when he's just not reading it.

Not deliberate, Obama is a terrible debater. During the primaries Hillary kicked his ass time and time again.

You're the one who makes no sense talking about how the global elite will decide who is the President. Why did the global elite choose Obama over McCain? Or Bush over Gore, Clinton over Bush?
