VPS Health Screen Shot. Bad yes?
 

Load avg is a little high, but without knowing what you are doing it is hard to say more. What do you think is wrong?

VPS server specs is 1.4 gigs ram, and 1.98 ghz..

Maybe, get my own dedicated huh?

i get 34 k hits per day.

I guess it depends on how much the VPS is costing compared to a dedicated and if you can afford it. But yeah, a dedicated would seem more appropriate.
