In Paul's defense I see what he is saying. Spend more time and money promoting your company instead of giving it to companies that send out DMCA's.

One way to stop piracy:
Make ALL videos on your paysite streaming, not saveable or overlay recordable, and allow subscribers to save the videos to a cloud account to view on multiple devices with an IP access limit.

This could stop filesharing and pw trading..

Anything that is on my computer is recordable. Easily.

Nothing will stop file sharing. PW trading was solved years and years ago.

My old roommate was an idiot and had dirty videos of his gf on his media folders that were shared on the network. He also saved them on my HD for some stupid reason but the videos that I tried to record from the media center came out as a distorted small bar with every video capture software that I tried and weren't in any way saveable.

Whatever media center does could work..

True, but you can do things like obfuscate the source, custom code in a flash player to prevent screen capture, hacking Windows' api, make videos only viewable on mobile for some reason, etc.
Yeah, you can always record video source from the video card output directly or with external recording hardware, but there are ways to make it harder.. :helpme
