Selling a motorcycle to a guy in Canada. Border issues?

I'm selling a Harley to a guy in Canada.
What does he need to get it over the border besides a bill of sale and the title?

I think he will have to export it through the US Customs, takes a couple of days last time I checked for a car as they need to make sure there are no liens against the title. Then take the export certificate to the Canadian Customs and import it, pay the duty.

Customs will likely chop up the harley looking for drugs and your buyer will get it in a million pieces, you should drive it over to him instead.
