At the moment internal transfers to Paxum Mastercards are temporarily unavailable. We are working as fast as possible to return to normal service.

Even though online checking to mastercard transfers are temporarily unavailable, please note that your Paxum Mastercard remains fully functional and can still be used for purchases/withdraws.

We apologize for any inconvenience and we will have full service restored as soon as possible.

The service is back up. We sincerely apologize for the downtime.

Still waiting on my new card, they first sent it to the wrong place then a new card was issued with them stating that it would take 2 weeks to get to me, its been nearly 4. When I contact the paki's at the ticket service i got every time the same response, "we are investigating the issue thanks for your patience" My old card expires at the end of this month and thats when I get all my payments in, so I'm forced to have everyone pay me by check or PP, what a total pain in the ass, with no ending to this story.

Unfortunately once your card is in the mail there isn't anything we can do to affect the package. Hopefully it will show up soon, please feel free to contact me with your account email and I'd be happy to check that your card hasn't been returned to us in the meantime.

While you wait for your renewed card to arrive, please don't think that you're unable to use your Paxum account! Paxum provides multiple withdrawal options so that you can still access your money.

Wire, Check, EFT, and to an existing credit card.

You've already told me that its out of your hands and that I have to contact the ticket center. FYI last time I asked Paxum for a check it took them 4 weeks to issue it, so no, don't come in here making it look like its all under control when it's far from what you want it to look like. At the ticket center they have no clue whats going on and have been jerking me around for over a fucking week now.
