php coders who will steal your code and database and resell em. yep. Or install a backdoor.php in your site somewhere. oh yeah!

Not worse than people who are hiring and can not even write few words about the task - is it a quick job, custom website, outgoing work or something else. Not to mention that more specified ad would yield targeted responses from coders.

You should probably stop being so cheap that the type of coders you get are those types of people.

A professional won't do that, but you won't get a professional for cheap prices.
