What to do against filesharing? Lady needs help!
Hello to everyone. My name is Nicole, probably iīm the only girl here in GFY and i hope to get lots of feedback from you concerning filesharing and copyright violation.
I have my own feet & pantyhose website since year 2003 and produce my own content. And the better the content, the more people want to have it. Ok so far. But unfortunately there are too many unfair people out there who donīt want to pay for it. And even more unfair ones supporting the others with sharing the shit out of the hell (donīt know if correct but it sounds good to me ;-))! Please forgive me when i make some mistakes while writing but my mother language is german, not english. In my actual case i fight against complete siterips of my website. And iīm pretty sure iīm not the only one. Some Forum Owners donīt care about copyrights! Writing an E-Mail to the owner normally does not have any effect. These people donīt have an idea what it means to produce own content over years. And itīs like a fight against windmills to explain these forum owners and filesharers that it could be the off for some websites when content is shared for free everywhere. And for me it is double difficult because i have to explain everything in english. It costs lot of time to collect all the links and writing e-mails to the hosters, sharers etc. and it seems to me that nothing would really help. What are YOU doing when your cintent is shared outside? Maybe there are some better ways i donīt know? Has anyone ever written to google? Does that make sense? the discussion about e.g. megaupload is not so old and i had the hope that some big players would make some improvements. Maybe someone here in the forum has more information for me and would like to discuss that problem. kisses, Nicole |

Many forum owners will ignore you because they make money with the stolen content, I would find out who is hosting them and write a DMCA notice to the host, honest hosts in the USA will comply with it.
The problem is when pirates are offshore and many are, then you can only fill in a DMCA notice with Google in the link sarettah gave you above. You could also write to the cyberlocker but that is too time consuming. The most effective is to write to the webhost directly with a formal letter, I would make a template to save time. If that fails you can only write to the cyberlocker. |
No Nicole you're not the only girl :winkwink:
Writing to the persons that makes illegal money with your content is useless... Malcarada's advises are perfect, directly to the hoster. Good luck !! |
But if the hoster is a offshore hoster or something like a private server, its useless as well.
But as Malcarada and Eloise say try these steps first. If it doesn't help, post in again and we look what we can do. |
write a DMCA notice to the host
|
plenty of women on gfy, and yes, contact the host.
|
I fully agree with malcarada as well. Best of luck in your fight against thieves
