Pre-paid debit card that can be re-loaded online?

Is there any pre-paid type debit cards that can be re-loaded online?

Someone uses there credit card, goes to a website or even calls a 800#, buys a voucher for " X " amount of money, then can email or tell you the code to be loaded on your card?

entropay doesnt provide a physical card. and good luck even buying anything as their virtual card doesnt support AVS and is issued by a foreign bank.

Both of these are run by AMEX. I have had a Serve account for about a year now and use it often.

I was in Walmart the other day and saw the Bluebird cards and got one of those.

They are pretty much the same thing. I'm just assuming that Bluebird is some partnership with Walmart...because you can load them for free at Walmart.

The sending money feature on Serve by email and text is very interesting. Can you do that with the Bluebird card as well?

As mentioned above, the Payoneer card can be reloaded by receiving a payment from any of our partners, or using our US Payment Service. it is a Prepaid Debit MasterCard Card.

Pretty sure you can use it to send money to any email address. I'm almost positive I read that in the booklet.

Regarding Bluebird, read the terms.

$500.00 ATM withdrawal per day, MAX $2000.00 ATM withdrawal per calendar month.
