Paysite owners whats your overall conversion rate?
Just curious if theres any other paysite owners willing to share such info?
We are doing 1:462 on average across all traffic sources. Paid joins this is. |
First you have exactly to define what you understand under 'conversion rate'. Without this it's not possible to compare the results.

Im in the process of setting up my own paysites, just need to register the "UK LIMITED Company" to get CCBILL or EPOCH or SEGPAY or ZOMBAIO approve me...
promoting for others I do 1:200... promoting for own I will do 3 o 4 times the income I do now... Definitely owning your own sites, make you a trillion times more profitable. Working as an affiliate only gives money to the paysite owner. The member cancels, and then when he rejoin, he doesn't join with your ref code, he remembers the site name, because u sent them, that how most paysites profit long term and affiliates always got stuck at the same level, while paysite owners GROW and GROW... I want to be a paysite owner now. I have content, hosting, design, skills to drive traffic and CONVERT IT. Im only waiting the processors to finally accept me. BTW, what broker did you guys use to register the UK LIMITED COMPANY and be a Director of the company? any trusted company formation brokerage you can recommend? Punto. Punkt. Period. |
Here we go again...

3, 2, 1, bullshit...

this shows you dont have many affiliates. coz many affiliates send traffic from many sources, so your ratio can get worse in no time. |
There was a thread like this recently.
|
1:682 for www.amateurcanada.com with all traffic sources. But this isn't the best way to gauge success for any site lol. Our sources are from oldschool tgps to tube site links. The ratio is dramatically different between the two.

Being a new exlusively launched paysite in today's market with average 1:387 conversions all time paying $35 per sale and still breaking even on $29,95 affiliate sales because the membersarea base is too small to retain members in today's market even with steady exclusive Tuesdays and Fridays updates. It takes time. Down the hole monthly if you count NATS license fee's, designer/hosting/coder bills and extra costs such as writers, models, locations, outfits to keep the updates coming. Not even taking the factor of initial investments for startup contents, members area script, camera gear, setup fee's ect. These bills all don't sound much until you're the one paying them. Longterm there's benefits to owning a paysite than again it's hard work to keep them up to date with customers demands and constant updates to build a steady group of fans that keep rebilling month after month or even want to re-join once cancelled. Want to wish you welcome to becoming a paysite owner, getting accepted by the billing company is only the first step on an interesting journey into the world of paysite ownership! |
We already had this thread. Basically every paysite owner on gfy was doing about 1:250.

Its a tough market out there where everyone wants something for free, and there is a proportion of people who WOULD have paid, prior to the tube explosion, who now DON'T pay and get their kicks for free. So our numbers aint gonna be the ratios of 5 years ago! For the record, targetted feeder network does about 1:450 and drive-by scattergun affiliate traffic looks is probably double that. |
I got 1:500
