Any Redpass Reps Around?
 

Can you please pass to your tech guys to fix your registration form.

I can't signup. Once i fill the form and expect to receive an email to continue, it doesn't arrive, because your system doesn't send properly emails.

Here's a paste from my mailserver logs:

2012-11-06 13:37:17 H=(redpass) [109.74.14.194]:33099 rejected MAIL <[email protected]>: Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)

Send a email to me [email protected] with the email you used to sign up with and I will ask Tech to look into it.

alternatively try to sign up with a email from a different IP/Server.

If my email bounces for you send to [email protected]
