Is someone familiar with Ohio's laws on placing flyer on car's windshields?

as a former owner of a club in Dayton OH if you did that in my parking lot I would have warned you once and had you arrested for trespassing the second time

Usually you run into problems because a lot of people will pull the flyer off their car and drop it on the ground. Here then you get fined for causing the littering.
