My brother has been trying to contact them for exactly one month now. The time before that, it took two months. Yes, months. He paid for the extra support too. Unacceptable.
Ray used to be totally on top of it with some of the best support in the business. Not sure what happened to him. Hope he pulls it back together soon or the next round of sites we're about to open are not going to be using Strongbox. If you're reading this Ray, please get back on the horse. You have a great product and everyone still needs the great support you used to have. |

It seems that something is crashed with the SB on my page - and usually when someone tries to login, he has to pick the pictures of 4 female faces to pass the barrier - and thus making sure it's not a robot. I'm missing the images on my page though. Like something is broken.
And yet I don't have answer from them - I had to ask the client to wait until tomorrow so I can see if the issue is solved. If not - I will refund the money... nothing more I can do. |
Do you realize that they're gender classification algorithms (and open source libraries) that can solve such captcha with 90% success rate? This captcha does not prove that someone is not a robot.
You might be interested in our software, we do support 24/7 (except holidays) - you probably won't need it anyway, because once our sotware is installed (free of charge) it just works. |

Their support is helpful, somehow always busy - but they, and especially Ali were kind when I was buying the product and during it's installation. Ray was not that regular and was really, really hard to find on ICQ, but when that happened he was helpful too. Again - Maybe I pulled the short straw for today and still have my hopes that some of them will appear and help me out with fixing this issue - especially because they provide FREE support during the first year after buying the product. So guys - I will proceed bumping this thread until I get what I want, or until I buy someone else's product with 24/7 support who never breaks... Cheers, Mavis. |

Why don't you just remove strongbox, i mean at this point its doing more harm then good?

you can have your host temporarily disable Strongbox by commenting it out in the Apache config - i think

This is just too bad really, Ray used to really have amazing customer service but for about the last year or so it has gotten worse and worse and worse.
