I'm still working hard on monetizing all the traffic my chat site is getting. I have already resolved traffic from almost all western countries, but still got huge amount of guys from india and china that does not make me now single dollar. Is there dating program that pays like 0.30 0.50 per China or India free signup?

We don't do pay per signup but we do have partners with websites targeting India and China. SO we have an existing DB of profiles for those two countries.
