I'm not talking about webmasters sending them movies from their programs for promotion. There's no fucking way that programs are sending out hour and a half long movies.

EDIT: It's on Xvideos.com - I wonder how that works legal wise - users uploading to one site and then you, as a webmaster spreading them to othersites without the original uploaders permission and then profiting from it.

Not a great deal of activity surrounding removals from Google results.

We don't have a record of one DMCA notice amongst the tens of thousands we receive copies of. That's not to say there isn't infringement, just that infringement reported by rights holders is not high.

The Google transparency report only covers DMCA requests sent to Google.

However we receive thousands of copies of DMCA notices and there isn't one amongst them for XNXX.COM

they dont need to comply to dmca cause they are hosted outside of the US.

he used to have a thing on his webmasters page about removal of content, bascially telling everyone to fuck off if they dont the publicity.
