Do any Filipina bar gals visit gfy.com?
Bartenders/waitresses?
Early in the 90's I was in San Diego. I visited a few PI bars (filipina girls as bartender/waitresses) They made fried chicken wings coated in a quick sauce. I can't remember the sauce? Maybe vinegar? Oyster sauce or something? red chile flakes. Anyone know? |
Yes, the San Diegan filipina waitresses from the early 90s post at GFY

Nice thing about LBFM's is, if you buy them a drink, they "love you long time, no shit!" :winkwink: :smilie_we ADG |
I am surprised I know the answer to this question.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fish_sauce A friend of mine used to make Chicken wings like this (she was Filipino). She also used to make fish head soup :helpme |

Ahhh, the good old Flipper days. PI was a blast in the 80's.
I took leave there for two weeks and during that time the military shut the bases due to a coup. I was staying out in town (Olongapo) and man oh man, it was like shooting fish in a barrel! |
Yes - I am a Filipina bar girl...
What can I poo for you? |

I think they used fish sauce, maybe some oyster sauce and chili flakes. |
