Anyone have their resolution set yet?
 

I'm going to try to quit smoking for the 100th time and try to open a health food store here in LA.

I'm going to publish my children’s book I wrote. Eat healthy and exercise daily all year.

Awesome, what's the book about or is secret still? There is a lot of self publishing options and if you need a rep in LA I can try to help. I also want to write a coffee table book so I'm interested in the workings.

And you should aim to quit nicotine instead, otherwise you'll get the gum, patch or ecig, which keep nicotine in your system, making it more difficult to quit.

Plan for 8 days of difficulties. At some points, you may feel like you are going to die... You won't. Just muscle through it and about 8 or 9 days in, you will start to feel better. You aren't out of the woods though, you just will start to be able to deal with the cravings. Don't slip. Keep it up. About a month in, things will start getting even easier and by month 3 or 4, you're almost in the clear.
