Cheapest legal place...
To buy CS6...not a student version...been there will not do that again.
Old computer died with a $500 student version CS4 and I can not transfer it. Online monthly subscription model will not work for me either. |
It's not going to be that cheap not matter what... If you can buy an older version from someone used that's probably the best cheap, legal option.

I really want to pay about $400 with Lightroom if I could. I could always go the student route, but adobe is such a pain in the ass - not like Macromedia used to be.
My bitch is that plenty of other software I have bought in some cases over $1,000 no longer works such as my multi-user license of Clicktracks, my link checker software and even Webpostion Gold. One thing to spend $3,000 for a computer. the bitch is to have to re-buy software AND you have the discs! |
One thing I did learn is how much shit I have bought over the years and how indispensable a few tool are...some costing less than $20!
(flash renamer comes to mind) |
you can probably pick up used CS4/CS5 on ebay pretty cheap...

I get most of my software from VideoGuys.com. They probably have CS6. Sometimes they have some killer deals. Email them and see what they can do for you.
