Free script to count outgoing clicks?
 

Is there a free script that
1) counts outgoing clicks (raw / unique[x days] / name of the link)
2) per link etc
3) has an admin or something that shows said clicks per X amount of time. No need for any bells and whistles like html5 graphs, geo info or anything like that:1orglaugh, just plain 'ole 1990's style list (sorting would be nice though)

I don't have time to code one myself (as I suck at coding and it'd take me too long).
Very very very simple piece of php code.. something that's just a header redirect to url and +1 (name of link) save to a flat text file which is to be cronjobbed into MySql at my chosen pace. I can upload it manually to an url to which I link to.. so no need to have queries etc.

...or if someone wants to code this for me, what pricetag?
