Some advice for an aussie newbie
 

Hi all,

Me and my friend are looking to make some money on the side by selling some of his home made vids on the net. I'm in Australia and my friend is in the US. I have the tech experience and he creates the content. I'd like some advice on how I should set up the billing. Being in Australia, I'm not sure what my legal obligations are re tax or if it would be better if my friend sets it up in his name and transfers my cut via paypal etc.

He has already started a simple blog and has a following of about 1000 and has sold some vids already. I was looking at getting the basic porncms package and having a pay-per-view model for the videos and then see what happens from there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially from any aussie webmasters who do something similar.
