and trying to ask a query there but the fucking random question asks me to provide

I dont have password to access the directadmin.com/clients section.,
as i am having dedicated server and directadmin is preinstalled on it by my hosting company. i have client id.

i dont think they provide end user support unless you buy the lic thru them directly.

never used their forum here they do reply to support tickets pretty quickly tho :)

its been more than 30+ hours and on their forum some admin says , you will get response within 45 minutes.,
so kinda strange.
