Porn is banned in South Korea but obviously plenty of people still surf porn. I know they have money and credit cards. They are the 5th largest per capita user of credit cards. How much is the traffic worth? Anybody have stats on this?

Yes korean adult sites are using IP addresses and redirects since the Korean isp's ban adult sites much like Saudi Arabian or Chinese isp's. It could be they buy to some japanese sites? I could not sell much to them - sold more to chinese guys really.

Korea is similar to Japan in some ways. Group thought. I would expect non-nationals to not be bothered but nationals may start to think twice. Especially uploading/downloading. Probably streaming no prob.
