It is that time again for the 9th Annual Phoenix Forum Golf Tournament!!!

When: April 3rd 2013
Where: ASU Karsten Golf Club
Time 12NOON Shotgun.

? Round of Golf at the famous ASU Karsten Golf Club
? Range balls, golf cart, bag tag, amazing goodie bag from the sponsors
? Registration continental breakfast
? Lunch on course including drink tickets
? Phoenix Forum Mixer and awards dinner to immediately follow the tournament
? Contests include team (foursome) best ball shotgun tournament, longest drive, straightest drive, $50,000 closest to the pin, putting contest $$
? Contest winners include prizes as well as tickets for raffle.
? Transportation to and from the golf course (provided by CCBill of course)
