Weight Loss Success YAY
Just wanted to share... lost 15lbs in last 2 months...
Daily cardio, plus low carbs, no added sugar diet, plus calorie management, no beer, only straight liquor and unsweetened wine. Works wonders... almost back to my runners body. Any with chub want some tips on how I did it easily can ask for the deets... |
Congrats!! That's my problem I LOVE beer. Eat healthy but beer packs on the lbs.

When I do 20 minutes I basically do a medium pace jog outside. When its 5 minutes I do 20 seconds on/10 seconds off tabata rounds at high intensity. Mix up things like, jumping jacks, side skips, burpees, knee highs, squats, punchs (with 5lbs weights), etc. Point is to just give my metabolism a boost. I view it as 70% diet, 30% exercise. Watching a good show and doing 60-120 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week, you can drop 30-100 pounds in a couple of months. Used to wrestle so I know what weight loss is.
Shed 5 lbs in 50 minutes once, went from 145 to 140. Now I weigh 200 lbs, but at least I can bench my own weight. |
yeah once body and metabolism get into that mode, losing weight is easy.

Low carb is the way to go. Lost 26 pounds myself doing a ketogenic diet and only working out for 30 minutes a week (yes week).
