Amerinoc support
 

I am considering changing hosts and Amerinoc is one of options. What is their support like? Are they good? quick?
I am going to start with a small shared account first to try it first with some less important sites - do they have live chat support with shared accounts?
Post your experiences - good or bad.

their email support is faster than your average live chat support

Great all the time for me ticket response time and fix is very quick

Very good support I have seen last 2 years. Their chat support is average but ticket support is awesome. I am fully satisfied with my dedicated server with Amerinoc

I switched to amerinoc about a year ago, everything has been good. Haven't really had to use the support though.

Been with Amerinoc long time and constantly recommend them to clients I work for. So far I have never had a single complaint myself and neither have any of my clients who switched to Amerinoc on my recommendation.

They have been great for us. Chris is one, awesome motherfucker.

After seven plus years I can only say they are GREAT

Amerinoc is the way to go, As long as you don't mind backing up your sites hourly and spending more time with support to help with multiple database crashes daily than doing actual work.

I always read here they were shit. The fact is that I discovered that hostgator is much better than the all shit posted here!

host gator support sucks. Amerinoc support is close to perfect. If not the best support in the top 3

I havent used amerinoc but im very happy with my shared and dedicated servers with hostgator. Great support as well. Im actually un the middle of a server upgrade and they gave me a level up for free and waived the fee for installing APC when I asked as well.

Thanks for the input, I would prefer to the thread to stick to Amerinoc, I am not interested in Hostgator.

their support is fine, their uptime sucks.

Not as many enthusiastic opinions on Amerinoc support as in Webair threads.
