How long takes Payoneer support to answer a simple question?
 

I have a problem with my Payoneer account. I did not log in for a few months and when I tried to login it turned out my account did not exist anymore. I sent a support request on Feb. 20 and I have no answer yet. I have a Payoneer CC valid through 2014. DO you care of your customers?

Yeah, chat works, but why don't they read their emails?

they have icq support that answer question in a minutes as well (except for weekend) , i don't use email support and i don't have any idea how long does it takes for them to open it.
