Ive got a couple of really decent logo's made. It is pretty hit or miss though. I've gotten some things that were real shit.

Kinda lame... or, if you are doing it to get rid of torrent links e.t.c. in the SERP's great.

I have used it quite a bit for promotional advertising (pics, outdoor advertising, etc...) to jump start various mainstream/adult sites. Been a few months since I used it due to moving. Think it's always better to focus/invest 100% of your energy/dollars on improving your own projects and continually making yourself stronger then to worry about your competition. :2 cents:

I don't know the mass effect of 100s of thousands of mass spam links within hours but I guess it's not good however if you are using these dirty tricks to fuck your competition it's a bit of a shit trick.
Actually, if you are doing it to one of our sites you shouldn't feel too bad if you get it right back at you.
