Arnold Schwarzenegger's glamorous blond dinner date is a mystery no longer.
She?s a shapely southern California physical therapist who's 27 years his junior and boasts a string of hunky NFL players as clients.
Heather Milligan, 38, dined with the grab-happy governator over the weekend but was covering her tracks Tuesday, avoiding multiple messages left by the Daily News and scrubbing a July 2012 birthday tweet to Schwarzenegger from her Twitter feed.
"She's not going to make herself available," a receptionist at her physical therapy practice in Westchester, Calif., told The News. "She's not going to talk."
