We are launching 7 new sites in the next 6 months alone.

We have an active member base of over 15,000 members and we are 90% reliant on our tube strategy. We need an experienced aff manager to balance those scales.

We have a full team of editors and designers that will be on hand to support you in everything you need to make bank with us.


Here's an outline of what we're looking for:

- Minimum of 3 years of online marketing sales experience in the adult industry.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing, Email marketing.
- Excellent understanding of NATS
- The ability to structure deals not limited to Revshare, Pay per Lead, Pay per Sale
- High-energy, driven, goal-oriented
- Independent work-style but as well a team player
- Willing to travel and attend to trade shows
- Fluency in many languages (bonus)


What you'll do:

- Attain and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual traffic growth objectives;
- Source, evaluate and recruit new affiliates through industry knowledge, research and cold contacts;
- Manage relationships with active affiliates, helping them to improve performance and volumes;
- Grow affiliate traffic through proactive recruitment of new affiliates and cultivation of existing affiliates
- Attract new cross sale partners Joinpage and MA / upsales in the MA
- Serve for continued development of affiliate capabilities, conveying affiliates needs and working to implement and support new functionality
- Weekly emails to all affiliates with new banners/FHG etc
- Write PR for the sites, both existing and new sites
- Post in the industry boards
- Visit industry shows
- Create proposals for new landingpages/banners
- Daily sales and analytics reporting & recommendations
- Monitor and ensure affiliate partners are aware of and are in compliance with our affiliate program guidelines

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience creating relationships from scratch in order to sell a product, service or idea
- Experience negotiating terms within given boundaries
- Professionalism in all modes of communication and interaction, both internally and externally
- Team player who contributes positively to company culture and goals
- Must possess a positive hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Must be cleverly autonomous.
