How long do you thing this little punk will last in prison? I'd guess he is dead within a year or two.

What's really fucked up is that guy who kidnapped a mother and her ten year old daughter, tied up her mother and made her watch him rape her ten year old kid, and then shot and killed the mother. That's some seriously fucked up shit.

Richard is right, he is a child but he's old enough to go to war, drive a car and be tried as an adult. He is will be tried and convicted as an adult even though he acts like a kid with his actions in court.

That said I don't feel a quick death in prison would be right, many years of regular beatings and rapes would be a much more fitting fate than an early end. He should pray for a quick kill, but doesn't deserve it.
