Domain Leasing & Renting
 

Does anyone in the porn business lease and/or rent out there domain names?
If so, how does it work and is it worth it? How would you find a client?

I generally sell domains. I have offered payment plans where they can use the domain immediately but it doesn't get transferred until final payment is made. Leasing would work good for seasonal domains or super premium ones where you would rather have a monthly cost than some x,xxx,xxx purchase on the books. Few years ago leasing kinda made a splash with LeaseThis.com but didn't seem to do anything significant, seems to be a push for leasing lately in the mainstream world so see if it has wings this time around. I have never leased only offered payment plans for purchases.

A failure of an idea in reality since some can use it to fraud.

This is why I have always stayed away from leasing domains.

It might work if you have got some great domains. But its always risky for atleast one of the parties.
