Google, Bing, Facebook and LinkedIn do paid. Gather twitter followers and post to FB, twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Come up with a few short clips and post to YouTube.

Use Adwords remarketing to build up a nice list and track those who convert or buy/sign up for your stuff. You can also run YouTube ads on your competitors channels, works nice.
