Sending all traffic to a single sponsor will never make you as much as you can with an ad-network who can optimize different offers for every single country.

Have you considered the option to convert the traffic by yourself through a white label?

EROADVERISING works better for me (4?/k).

Also Why not you included 2 rather good Ad networks ExoClick(4.7$/1k) and JuicyAds (5.5/1k).

But once again your earnings depend on your traffic!

Best way to find it out is to try it. I think that Ero will work better with european traffic and PlugRush with US traffic.
