just wondering - if they send you money already then how can they take it back? sure,they charge you back for this amount but it's too late already - you took the money out already. you just find new cam affiliate.

We have a ton of guys like this and hardly ever any chargebacks. Sure every now and then you get one but overall most seem legit. At least on our account

I believe that qualifying him as a whale could only be done if he comes back, and comes back fairly often. I've seen the same type of spending done in one shot, and then never saw the username spend again.

I wouldn't worry about a charge back. Very few VS purchases end up that way, even when they look like yours.
