Where to obtain mainstream content
 

I am a webmaster/programmer. I am looking to create my own adult website.
I am not interested in signing up for one of the "turn-key" sites.
I am looking to build, program, and maintain my own site.
My biggest question is where and how do I find content for my site.
I want to be able to have streaming video that is also downloadable to the client.
I would like to get access to content from more mainstream companies like Vivid, RedLight, Evil Angel, etc...
Can anyone help me with this process?

If I purchase content from AdultCentro, besides using it as "Streaming" content, can I also make it available for my customers to download?
I wold want them to be able to download the videos without having to pay an extra fee from their monthly membership.
