How about don't take nude pictures of yourself to leave on your computer or show off to anyone :disgust.

Twenty-five years old, no problems posting for naked pictures, but when someone else sees them she curls up in a fetal position like a four year old child? It's a fucking photo of someone naked. It's not a photo of someone fucking a horse.

As they say at Walmart...Have a good'n!

while police are saying online material has no expectation of privacy?

which is it.

is it privacy, or no expectation of privacy?

furthermore, who is actually using real images?

Bman 06-04-2013 06:03 PM

So what does that mean for the guys uploading stolen content..oh oh

Fat Panda 06-04-2013 06:31 PM

And she was an aspiring actress. I bet if she were offered a decent acting gig in a movie that required her to be naked she would have done it in a second.

hot gf revenge pic with that article.

There is a little bit of a difference here.

A more accurate statement might be:
You shouldn't carry a wallet that has your ATM card and a piece a paper with your ATM card Pin written down on it in it because it could get stolen.

If she was really worried about people seeing them she shouldn't have left them on a computer that is connected to the internet. She could have put them on a zip drive and they would have been safe from prying eyes.

^ You must have a funny idea of how the internet works.

If GF Revenge was real, then yeah perhaps it might affect them.

Canada is trying to introduce a law to protect against things like this. A young girl had photos or a video shared online (I think that is what the article said, not 100% sure, and not a lawyer), and they want to pass laws to protect against the sharing of sexual images without consent because, the girl who's photos were shared online, killed herself.

Isn't the problem not with the posting of these images, but (some sites) identifying the people in the photos, or posting their info along with the photos? Not sure what the defense is for the latter.

L-Pink 06-04-2013 08:51 PM

If you post private photos you don't own with the intent to cause embarrassment, harm or ridicule you need your ass fined jailed or both.

:2 cents:

Exactly, looks like it's targeted towards those kinda sites (like IsAnyoneUp.com was), not really against the normal ex-gf porn paysites.

SpicyM 06-04-2013 09:21 PM

My computer was hacked.. lol.. love that phrase.

Bingo. Those types of sites turn my stomach and I'm glad for this ruling.

So invasion of privacy is ok since she took nudes? makes sense.

God you are one fat fucking ignorant faggot

This case has nothing to do with revenge porn sites like gf revenge which are fake. It has to do with revenge porn sites like forums where people actually post real revenge porn, such as, 4chan.

TOUCHÉ!!!!

But you get 1 strike for posting something making sense on GFY :upsidedow

slapass 06-05-2013 06:04 AM

I wonder what this does to tubes? So now if someone uploads real revenge porn, they would do what?

Paper_Amar 06-05-2013 08:08 AM

would love to see some of these girls use the sites that their pics end up on - we all know some of the paysites here that have that kind of content scrapped from tubes.
