If I ever saw anyone like this fucking whore and waste of human life hurt a dog or any other animal this way I would make sure she rotted away in jail for the rest of her fucking life eating DOG SHIT, and then treat that poor dog to all the love and car and doggy treats it needs.

This piece of shit Dog Groomer worked at a grooming salon and was fired. FIRED. Arrested? Nope. Just fucking fired.

I don't normally say this and maybe I'm missing something but in both this video and the "cops beat woman" video I don't see anything particularly horrible.

I see she hit the dog a couple times and she is out of control screaming. Those are both bad but there is no permanent damage to the dog. It's not like she kept kicking the dog, she hung him from a noose, burnt him with a lighter, etc These are animals and they often are going to resist a bit with strangers. Perhaps even bite and scratch. It's not an easy job and you're probably going to have to use some degree of force at times. I'm not sure what happened with the vacuum. I couldn't see it. Could she have used the vacuum just to scare the dog out of the cage? I wouldn't want my dog treated like that but under some circumstances when dealing with strange dogs I can understand getting angry or even hitting a larger dog a bit moderately (not striking hard but lightly or moderately - especially if they are biting). Not every dog is like foo-foo your toy dog. I'm sure they get all kinds in there.

In the cop one it looks like the lady is resisting a bit and is definitely yelling who knows what at them. Again it's bad but not horrible. They drag her on the floor a bit to move her. I've seen much worse with people not resisting or even yelling being sent to the hospital by two police hitting them with batons and punching them in the face repeatedly. This is pretty mild in comparison. Yes it would be bad if she was cooperating or if she wasn't verbally abusing them. But the video suggests otherwise by her body language.

I watched a couple of the RSPCA programmes on tv yesterday, and it showed you some quite horrific abuse of animals.

When most cases went to court, rather than the 1 year prison sentence, or fine of over £22,000, the rulings ended up small fines of around £200-£300.

Something isn't right here...

I was going to avoid this video, until I read this post. I agree, aside from the first part which is unpleasant, I didn't really see anything horrific, though it's quite hard to see anything.

I think she was just trying to get the dog out with the vacuum, and was frustrated. As you say, not all dogs are going to be well behaved, and who knows what she has to deal with (that can lead to frustration).

That's absolutely no excuse for violence though, and she does not look to me like someone who should be working with animals (who knows what hasn't been caught on film), but the OP is overreacting, particularly when there is far, far, far worse animal abuse going on in the world.

Firing her seems appropriate and reasonable, hopefully with a lifetime ban on working with animals. And kids and the elderly for that matter.

Did you read about the injuries the lady suffered from what you say is not horrible.

You're forgetting something. This is a Dog Grooming service. You are taking your dog to this service and paying for it and expecting to get him back with a nice shiny coat. Dogs (and cats) love to have their fur brushed and going to one of these things, like every other day in a dogs life, should be fun and happy for the dog, and he should be given a little treat too just because he's awesome and maybe because he was a little spooked.

But what happens instead is that this fucking cunt piece of shit whore takes your dog (and you money) and slaps it around and scares the piss out of the poor thing. Can you imagine if that was your dog? You would go pick up your pooch an hour later and he would be terrified and probably quite pissed off while the dog-smacking cunt smiled at you, took your money, and said "who's a good boyyyyyy" to your poor you while grinning like an idiot.

No way. No goddam way. That bitch needs to be thrown in fucking jail and force-fed dog shit.

All I went by was the video. I agree about words alone not being enough to justify violence. But it looked like she was fighting with them. They had to move her somehow and if she didn't want to go with them voluntarily then they had to do something. I'm not saying this is the way it should be done but it's not some great outrage either unless we find that she resisted in no way and that she was only saying that she was willing to cooperate.

Not every dog is going to look forward to such a thing. Some are going to react badly to the situation and the strangers. It happens all the time that groomers get bit or scratched.

I can see sometimes having to do something. I don't think hitting the dog and screaming at it is always the best approach or the first thing to try but dogs often respond to dominance. It sucks that she hit the dog and I think that is bad but she didn't beat him to death or do something like set him on fire. I don't think she should go to jail unless there is more evidence that she did more or that she seriously injured the dog.

Yeah, she put up a hell of a fight with hand cuffs on behind her back on her fat ass, and that's why they had to drag her by one leg all over the fucking floor.

She's pretty big so if she didn't want to go somewhere I imagine she could put up a heck of a fight even while handcuffed to the point where she could injure someone else.

Like I said if it were found that she was not resisting it all and all her words were either neutral or that she would comply then I would feel more sorry for her. But the video suggests otherwise to me. It sucks that she got hurt but she was no angel either.

I watched it again and this time I caught that the second part was the same incident with a different view. The officer put his hands on her a little soon when he seemed to push her back and it wasn't good that they shoved her into the table BUT before that it looks like she is screaming at the officer. It also looks like she was pissed off after he cut off the call. She stormed away and said who knows what. But he also seems pissed by how he twirled the chair around as he went after her.

I put it 70% on her 30% on the police. It's not a good idea to scream at the police or get mad. Her body language makes it appear that she was screaming at him and refusing his commands but yeah I have no idea what was being said so I can't say for sure. This is just how it looks. I guess we disagree?

EDIT: It does look like the officers lost control of themselves. I will say that much. That isn't supposed to happen but I have no idea what was being said.
