why copy. with so many free themes to choose from you can come up with a better looking layout yourself. besides many themes start off around $15-$25 us.

Stealing other people's designs isn't cool, pay money and have something of your own designed.

Technically, its easy. Just ask the owner of teenbay if he makes a tarball of all files in his current theme-folder, and untarr everything on your server, select the theme and you are done. Get explicit permission from the owner tough...

It's nearly impossible to download the themefiles without involving the owner of teenbay (and it might be illegal in case his design isnt based on An opensource design)... Well, not impossible, but it might take more work to get the theme that way than designing a brand new one...
