Ever tried NeverWet
Rust-Oleum?s magical, superhydrophobic coating that makes everything from electronics to clothing impervious to liquid is now available at Home Depot for $20. Ok, but how bio-degradable are NeverWet-soaked items? If someone throws away a pair of soaked working gloves in the forest; how long before those gloves are broken down, compared to un-soaked gloves? If I soak an apple in NeverWet, do I create a virtually non-degradable fruit? |
Not going to use Nanotechnology before more test are done on what it does to our body and nature :(
They claim its "bio-degradable". The question is how fast. 100 years? 2 years? |
woman chemist in the video is hot
who is she? |
The jeep guys on another auto forum I visit are really interested in this for protecting their dashboard electronics when they have their tops down. The amount of uses it has is pretty amazing. I've heard it leaves a haze over everything you spray it on though, not sure I'd want my brand new nav system covered in a milky haze.

If you soak a person in this stuff, does that mean they'd never be able to take a shower or bathe again? |
