Hi there,

Yes, this is a known bug and we apologize for the inconvenience when it occurs. It only occurs occasionally and randomly.

Our techs have been delayed being able to fix it due to the fact that we need a response from our banks tech department in order to fix the issue and unfortunately they are very slow.

If this situation happens to you, please open a ticket in the Message Center of your account to inform us. Usually the funds are resolved to your Mastercard within a matter of hours.

Ruth :)

happened to me also, but fixed by itself after some time

I just activated my new paxum card and transferred funds to it.
I have the same issue and need to withdraw urgently. How long it usually takes to have this issue resolved?

Yes, I contacted their support already. But they dont indicate any additional info.

Btw, the error occurs on every attempt to add funds to the card.

Will probably take 72 hours for first time, then you have the weekend coming up after those hours have luck:thumbsup

Happened to me before but was resolved quickly.

Why don't paxum use a big bank and charge us more fees
